What methods of payments do you accept?

We take Cash, Cheque, Standing Order or set up a Direct Debit for you – whatever is easiest for you.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Our services come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work we have carried out we will return to put it right.

What is the reach and wash system?

The Reach & Wash® System is used for the cleaning of windows, solar panels and many other high-level surfaces quickly, efficiently and safely – conservatory roofs, awkward windows above conservatory roofs, weather boards, fascias and soffits – we can even vacuum your gutters clean inside clearing them from leaves, moss or small plants growing in them.

Our system can clean to a height of 3rd floor – Velux windows on your roof – well beyond the reach of ladders, and is much safer, more efficient and cost-effective than other methods of working at height.

Do you have a price list?

We do have a set price structure, however we prefer to analyse your property to make sure our services are a good fit for you before giving you a quote.

Do you provide interior window cleaning?

Yes, we clean interior window. We do deep cleans after builders, normal internal window cleaning, conservatory roofs, skylights and other hard to reach places. Of cause you can choose just to have the glass cleaned, but we mainly do deep cleans where we include details like those little cracks in you pvc frames …. have a look at them on your own windows especially on the bottom – I think you’ll be surprised.

It’s a problem that most people have these days, and there are a few ways of getting around that, so we work out a solution that works best for you before we start.
